repetitive buffet early sunbed
the food was a challenge i found the buffet was repetitive catering mainly to turkish and russian tastes it lacked variety i expected more from a supposed five-star hotel also, getting a sunbed required waking up early to reserve one by 8:30 am this was frustrating i wanted a more relaxing experience without needing to rush for a lounger

Fantastic Family Time
waterpark area pool area beach area snack options
I liked that the resort had a waterpark and a pool area. EVERYTHING felt clean, ESPECIALLY the beach and poolside areas. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Many dining and snack options were available. I enjoyed the waiter service.
The hotel IS HUGE and very spread out so sometimes it was hard to find the right corridors. This was a minor issue.

The hotel's private beach features showers for convenience, particularly useful after swimming with kids. I noticed that this helped get kids ready to go to the beach. the location offered direct beach access and made family beach outings easier.

The resort boasts lovely swimming pools. a great water park that families enjoyed. EVERYONE found the water park well organized. I also appreciated cafes, mini clubs, and a disco area for some chilling time. The facilities were clean and well kept.

The hotel provided complimentary ice cream. The entertainment team offered excellent shows. I found the food to be satisfactory, and the sea access was convenient. Rooms had good cleanliness. Service was good. The weather was beautiful .

The catering staff was first class, especially Nazife! Staff were helpful. I noticed many waiters spoke English and tried to assist us. Murat was friendly and professional at the bar.

The rooms are spacious. Pull-down beds in the room are a great idea for families with small kids. I liked the second room better. Staff sent a bed to the room for our child.

There were many pools with the right water temperature. An amazing water park exists. I enjoyed the generous lobby hall with views. green mature pine trees. Also enjoyed pool games and music.
